For a occupation of two persons, you rate will be:
$ 1,169.00 per week in off season May - October.
$ 1,295.00 per week in peak season November - April.
Additional persons are $ 100.00 per person per week.
The maximum occupations are 6 persons.
No charge for children under 7. Children between 7 and 14 are 50% off.
For two weeks around Christmas and Easter 10% surcharge.
30% deposit required to hold reservation.
Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Refundable security deposit of $ 500.00 required.
Additional cost will be electricity, sales and tourist tax (11%)
and $ 160.00 for cleaning the villa at the end of your stay.

For optional booking of the GPS Navigation system we charge an additional $ 49.00 per week.
